Our Approach

We believe every group of learners brings unique experiences and perspectives. Before each in-person or live online training, we conduct a participant survey to understand your needs and customize the session. During the workshop, we encourage participants to shape the direction, using their stories, examples, challenges, and ideas to guide collective learning.

During our trainings and workshops, whether in person or online, we use various tactics to engage everyone and ensure they can shape the conversation and get their questions answered. Online, we leverage tools like chat, polls, reflective activities, and whiteboarding to encourage participation. In person, we use handouts, passive participation techniques, and a mix of one-on-one, small group, and large group discussions to foster consensus, connection, and collaboration.

Our goal is for participants to leave with actionable insights they can implement right away. We aim to inspire and prepare you to apply what you’ve learned when you return to your desk.
